RLST exposition featured books and magazines about photography, professional and amateur photo cameras, equipment and technologies of photo processing and printing, lighting equipment for photo studios including home ones, teaching photography, etc. RLST exposition caused interested of exhibition visitors and exhibitors. Titles from RLST retro collection were especially demanded, for example, Code of Privileges (1890-1910), Soviet Photo (70s of XX century), Czechoslovak Photo (70-80s of XX century), history of photography. During three days of hard work, over 500 visitors including professional and amateur photographers, artists, representatives of advertising agencies and design bureaus, publishers and polygraphic workers, and journalists visited the exposition. Employees of RLST Marketing Department provided over 150 consultations about library collections and services. III International Salon of Digital Technologies and Visual Communications DIGITAL DRIVE Photo Forum-2009 united famous Belarusian photographers, photo artists, journalists, photo editors of biggest republican periodicals, historians, and designers from June 3 to 5, 2009 in Belexpo Republican Exhibiting Center. Enterprises, which sell photo equipment and accessories, mobile phones with digital cameras, professional photo laboratories and centers, design studios, advertising and fashion agencies, and photo schools, took part in the Forum. The equipment and photos provided by them demonstrate that Belarusian photography is the important element of art, polygraphic, advertising, and industrial design. RLST was invited by the Belarusian nongovernmental association Photo Art and Photo Magic magazine for participation and informational support of Photo Forum-2009.
